We are based in the Ring Road Mall in Delhi, specifically in unit 501. Being in a mall is a bit different than being on a regular street. There’s air conditioning and security guards, which is nice during the peak of summer when the city gets really hot. We handle medical devices, and our office is on the fifth floor. It’s a busy place with people coming and going from different businesses all day. We have a few rooms here for storing the devices and a main area where we handle all the paperwork and phone calls. It feels professional but we try not to make it too stiff. There are always boxes stacked up near the door waiting to be shipped out. We spend a lot of time on our computers and talking to suppliers. Sometimes we take our lunch downstairs in the food court just to get a break from the office lights. It’s a convenient location because the Ring Road makes it easier for people to reach us, though the traffic can still be a headache during rush hour. We don’t really do retail sales to people walking by; it’s more about dealing with hospitals and larger distributors. We’ve got a small team and we’ve worked together for a long time. It’s a routine that works for us. We just focus on getting the devices where they need to go and making sure the records are kept straight.
