We are located down in Shah Ganj, right near Ajmeri Gate. If you know the area around Sharadhanand Marg, you know it gets pretty crowded with all the shops and people moving around. We’ve been at 1-A/3746 for a good many years. We mostly handle electrical parts and components. It’s a lot of boxes and small pieces that people need for their projects or repairs. The shop isn't very large but we pack a lot of stock into the shelves. It can get a bit dusty with all the movement outside on the street. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just open up in the morning and wait for the regulars to come by. Most of our customers are electricians or people who build things. They know exactly what they want so we don't have to talk much. We just find the right component and hand it over. Delhi summers are tough in this part of town but we make do with a couple of fans. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the decades. New shops come and go but we stay right here. It's a simple business. We buy things, we keep them in stock, and then we sell them to whoever needs them. No big fuss or complicated systems. If you're looking for specific electro parts, this is where we keep them for the local trade.
