Ram Sarar Dass Sons is located right in Gali No.21, over in New Delhi. It’s a busy spot, T 692 /A, and there's always something going on around here. We have been in this area for quite some time now. Dealing with the daily rush of Delhi is just part of the job. We don’t really have any big corporate goals. We just focus on what needs to happen today. Most of our day is spent handling orders and talking to people who stop by. It’s a family-run kind of thing, so we all pitch in where we can. Sometimes the shop feels a bit small when we have a lot of stock coming in, but we make it work. Living and working in the same city for years gives you a different perspective on things. You get to know the neighbors and the other shopkeepers in the lane. We don't spend much time on the computer or trying to look fancy online. Most of our business comes from people who have known us for years. If you're looking for us, just head down Gali 21 and look for the sign. We’re usually there from early morning until the sun goes down. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know. We don’t try to be something we aren't. Some days the heat in the alley is a bit much, so we take a quick break, but the work never really stops for long. It is just the way things go around here. We just try to keep everything organized enough.
