Surgi Craft India is located at 487/120 in the Peeragarhi area, near Rajouri Garden. It’s a spot that’s easy to get to if you’re in West Delhi. We’ve been here for several years now. Our building is a bit plain, but it serves its purpose. We make and sell surgical tools. Most of the work happens in the back where we have our storage and small assembly area. The front is just a basic office where we take orders and talk to clients. It’s often a bit cluttered with samples and catalogs. We don't really go for the high-end corporate look. It feels better to just show people what we can do rather than talking about it too much. The staff here has been with us for a long time. We know the local suppliers and we know what the doctors in the area are looking for. It’s a practical business. We deal with a lot of steel and precise measurements. Sometimes the delivery trucks block the lane for a bit, but the neighbors are used to it. We just keep our operations steady. We don't have big plans to take over the world or anything. We just want to make sure we keep making good tools and keeping the people who buy from us happy. It’s just a normal day’s work for us.
