Rahul here. I graduated from Delhi University back in 2005. That feels like a lifetime ago when I think about it. Since then, I’ve been mostly around the Delhi area. I don’t really have a big fancy office address to show off to everyone. Most of what I do is based on the connections I’ve made over the years in this big city. Delhi is a tough place to work, but you learn how to navigate the heat, the metro crowds, and the constant noise. I spent a lot of time in the North Campus area during my college days, and that stuck with me. Now, I just run things in a more personal way. It’s not a big company with hundreds of employees and HR departments. It’s just me and a few people I trust. We work out of a small space that’s mostly filled with books and old coffee cups. It’s got a couple of desks and some chairs that squeak. I think people appreciate that I don’t try to sound more important than I am. I’m just a guy who went to DU and started working. My day is usually spent on the phone or meeting people at local coffee shops or tea stalls. It’s more flexible that way. I don't like the rigid office life with ties and formal meetings. The 2005 batch was a good one, and many of us are still around doing our own thing. I just keep my head down and get the job done. No marketing tricks. Just straightforward work.
