Radiant Electricals (P) Ltd. is tucked away in Lane No. 7 of the Anand Parbat Indl. Area. If you've ever been down this way, you know it's a maze of small factories and workshops. Our place at 7/1 is where we handle all the electrical stuff. It’s usually pretty loud around here with the sounds of neighboring units, but we don't mind it. Inside, we've got rolls of wire, switches, and all sorts of components stacked on shelves. It’s not the most organized looking place sometimes, especially when we’re in the middle of a big production run. We have a few guys who have been here since the beginning, and they know where every single bolt is kept. We mostly spend our days assembling panels or testing circuits to make sure they actually work before they go out. The lighting in the back could probably be better, but we manage just fine. Being in Anand Parbat means we’re surrounded by people who are also making things, which feels right. We aren’t big on fancy meetings or long presentations. Usually, we just huddle up in the morning, figure out what needs to be shipped, and get to it. Sometimes the power goes out in the area and we all just take a break until it comes back on. It’s a simple operation, run by people who know their way around a fuse box and aren't afraid of getting their hands a little dirty.
