R. K. Exports

R. K. Exports is located at Wz- 72 in the Todapur New area. It’s one of those parts of town where every building looks a bit like the next one, so you have to keep a sharp eye out for the number. We’ve been at this address for a long time, and the building has seen better days, but it serves our purposes just fine. The export business involves a lot of back-and-forth communication, so the phones are usually ringing quite a bit. We don't have any fancy soundproofing, so you can hear the street noise pretty clearly while we work. It’s just part of the atmosphere here in Todapur. We deal with various items and ensure they are ready for their long journeys. There’s a lot of checking and re-checking involved, which can be tedious, but it's the core of what we do. We don't use much in the way of high-tech software; a lot of our notes are still scribbled on pads or kept in simple folders. It might seem a bit old-fashioned to some, but it works for us and we haven't seen a reason to change it yet. The people working here are locals who don't mind getting their hands dirty when a heavy box needs moving. We don't have any corporate trainers or fancy titles. We’re just a group of people trying to keep the business running smoothly from our little corner of the city.
