We are located in the LSC area of Ashok Vihar, specifically at 20-f Block. It’s a typical local shopping complex setup. Ss Technomed Pvt. Ltd. has been here for a while. We do technical medical work. The office isn't very big, but we make use of the space we have. There’s usually a lot of paperwork on the desks and some equipment being tested near the windows. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. Usually, one of us just looks up from our work when someone walks in. We prefer it that way. It’s more direct. Ashok Vihar is a busy place, so there’s always something going on outside. We get our supplies delivered and we ship things out from here. It’s a lot of logistics and technical stuff. We don't really use a lot of business talk. We just explain how the machines work or what needs to be done. If something is broken, we look at it. If someone needs a part, we find it. It's pretty basic. We've built up a bit of a routine over the years. Some of the neighbors have been here as long as we have. We just keep doing what we do, day by day. No big speeches or goals, just making sure the business stays running and the customers get what they came for.
