Paladin Network Technologies Private Limited is right in the heart of the city in Connaught Place. Our office is 107 in Ansal Bhawan, which sits on K G Marg. Being in CP means there is always noise and movement outside. It’s a very different vibe from the residential areas. People are always rushing around Ansal Bhawan, but inside our unit, we try to keep things organized. We work on network technologies, which involves a lot of cables, routers, and making sure everything connects properly. The office isn't very big, but we make the most of the space we have. There’s a small balcony where we sometimes step out to look at the traffic below when we need a breather. We don't have a corporate dress code or anything like that. We just wear what’s comfortable and focus on the technical side of things. Sometimes the elevators in the building take forever, so we end up talking to neighbors from other offices while we wait. It’s a very social building in that way. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Delhi. We just want to be reliable and handle the networking stuff that people need help with. It’s a lot of manual work and checking connections, but we like being right where the action is. After work, we sometimes grab a quick bite at one of the stalls nearby before catching the metro back home.
