Padmawati Exports Llp is located right opposite the Commercial School in Daryaganj. We are at number 74. Daryaganj is such an old, busy part of Central Delhi, and we’ve been part of the landscape here for some time. Being near the school means there's always a lot of noise and kids around, which gives the place some life. We mainly handle export orders. It's a lot of sitting at desks, checking lists, and making sure the suppliers have sent the right stuff. The building we are in is older, with high ceilings and that specific smell of old paper and dust that you find in this part of town. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. Usually, one of us just looks up from a desk when someone walks in. We deal with a lot of local craftsmen and vendors to source the items we send abroad. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. Sometimes things don’t go as planned, like when a shipment gets stuck or a supplier is late, but we just deal with it as it comes. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our work and go home to our families. Daryaganj is a tough place to drive in, so we mostly walk or use the local transport. It's a real, living part of the city, and we feel right at home here.
