Our office is on the second floor of a building in Karol Bagh, specifically at 7A/72 WEA. If you know this part of New Delhi, you know how crowded the streets can get with shoppers and cars. It is a bit quieter once you get upstairs to Flat No. 1. We handle things related to aviation management from here. It is mostly technical work and dealing with various regulations or parts. The space is a bit small, and we have folders stacked up everywhere because there is always something to track. We spend most of our time on calls or staring at spreadsheets. It isn’t a glamorous job, even if it involves planes. We are just a small group of people working out of this flat. Sometimes the electricity goes out or the internet acts up, but we just wait it out and get back to it. Most of us have been in this industry for a while so we know the local ropes. We don’t really do big advertisements or anything. Most people who work with us already know where to find the office. We usually have a hot pot of tea going and the sound of the ceiling fan in the background. It is a practical environment where we just focus on the task at hand without much bother. We don't have a mission statement, just a lot of work to finish.
