Grace Engineering Company

Our shop is tucked away in the M.I.D.C. area in Bhosari, specifically at W-227/E in the S Block. If you know this part of town, you know it's full of small workshops and big factories. Grace Engineering Company is right in the middle of it all. We spend our days dealing with metal, tools, and drawings. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, especially when all the equipment is running at once. We’ve been here long enough that we know the neighbors and the guys who deliver the raw materials. It’s not a quiet place. There’s always the sound of grinding or something being moved around. We just focus on the job at hand. Some days are slower than others, but usually, there's a pile of work waiting for us. We don't have a big front office or a receptionist. Usually, one of us just wipes their hands and comes to the door if someone knocks. It's a practical way to run things. We’ve had to learn things the hard way over the years, fixing mistakes and figuring out better ways to handle the materials. It's just a regular engineering shop doing regular work. We don't have fancy brochures. Most people find us because they heard about us from someone else in the industrial estate. It's a busy life here in Bhosari, but we like the work and the sense of getting things finished at the end of the day. It is hard and loud, but it is ours.
