Our shop is located at No. 23-b/6 on New Rohtak Road. If you know Delhi at all, you know that New Rohtak Road is almost always packed with cars and buses. We have been operating from this same spot for quite a while now. The building is a standard one for this area, nothing too flashy on the outside. Inside, we have our jewelry displays and a few chairs for people to sit down while they look at what we have. We aren't the kind of place that has a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s mostly just us and a couple of helpers. We start the day by cleaning the glass and making sure the inventory is all accounted for. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but it’s how you keep a jewelry business running properly. Some days are slow and we just sit and watch the traffic go by through the front window. Other days, especially around the holidays or wedding season, we don't even have time to eat lunch. We just do our best to help whoever comes through the door. We don't make big promises, we just show people the pieces we have and let them decide. It’s a simple way to do business and it has worked for us so far in this busy part of the city.
