We've been here at M 92/1 in Chuna Mandi for a while now. Baldev Singh Complex is where you’ll find our small office. It's usually busy with phones ringing or people coming in to ask about train tickets and bus routes. We handle a lot of the local travel stuff. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in here when the holiday season starts. We just try to get everyone their bookings done on time. It's not always easy with the systems acting up, but we manage. Most of the people around Paharganj know us. We deal with flights too, though most folks come for domestic trips. The desk is usually covered in papers and brochures. We don't have a big fancy waiting area, just a couple of chairs. If you’re looking for the complex, it’s right there on the main stretch of Chuna Mandi. We keep the place open pretty late most days because people finish work and then come to plan their trips. My cousin helps out with the accounts sometimes. It’s a family-run kind of thing. We know the routes well, especially the north side. It’s loud outside with the market noise, but we’re used to it by now. Just a regular travel shop doing what we can for the neighbors and visitors. Nothing too complicated about how we run things here. We just sit here and do the bookings as they come and try to keep things moving.
