Mobile Bazaar

You can find Mobile Bazaar up on the first floor at B-127 in Katwaria Saria. If you know New Delhi, you know how busy it gets around here. Our place is tucked away, so you have to look for the stairs to get up to us. It’s not a huge space, but it’s packed with phones and parts. We started this because there was a need for a reliable spot in this part of town. People come in with cracked screens or phones that just won't turn on after they dropped them in water. It’s a lot of repair work and selling handsets. The air conditioning in the shop struggles sometimes during the peak of summer, but we make do. It’s a noisy neighborhood with people always rushing by. We’ve been here long enough that we recognize the regulars who stop by to ask about new models or just to get a recharge. We don't have a website with all the bells and whistles. Usually, people just walk in or call us. It’s a simple business. We deal with whatever comes through the door. Some days it’s quiet, other days we have a line of people waiting. We try to be quick but some repairs just take time. Dealing with electronics means you need patience. We keep a stash of tools and cables behind the counter. It’s a bit messy back there, but we know where everything is. That’s just how it goes when you’re busy all day. We enjoy the chaos of it.
