In a city as big as New Delhi, finding a quiet spot is hard. We are located at 940/8 in Govindpuri, which is part of the Kalkaji area. It’s a very crowded neighborhood, and our office for Medley Marketing Pvt Ltd is right in the thick of it. The street outside is always full of people, rickshaws, and the sound of street vendors. Inside, we have managed to carve out a workspace that works for us. It’s mostly desks piled with brochures, samples, and stacks of paper. We don’t have much room for anything that isn't useful. The light in the office is a bit dim, but we have enough lamps to see what we are doing. We spend most of our time coordinating things over the phone or sending out packages. It’s a lot of logistical work. Lunch is usually something ordered from the local stalls nearby, which we eat at our desks. There’s no corporate cafeteria here. We are just a small team trying to keep things organized in the middle of the Delhi rush. Sometimes the internet is slow, or the heat is too much, but we just get on with it. It’s an unpolished, real-world marketing office. No slogans on the walls, just a list of things that need to be done by the end of the day. It’s a bit messy, but it works.
