Our office is on the second floor of House Number 58 in Ramesh Nagar. It’s a residential-looking building, but we’ve converted the space for Mediray Healthcare. Being on the second floor means we get a bit of a climb every day, but it keeps the noise from the street down a little. Ramesh Nagar is a busy place, and finding parking can be a real headache sometimes. We focus on healthcare products, mostly things that doctors use. It’s not a big corporate headquarters, just a functional space where we handle our business. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or checking emails for orders. The walls are lined with shelves and filing cabinets. It’s a bit dusty sometimes because of the construction nearby, but that’s just how it is. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and the neighbors know us. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just get the supplies to the people who need them. Most of our day is spent making sure the logistics are moving. If the lift isn't working, we carry things up the stairs. It’s hard work, but we’re used to it. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a lobby or a receptionist. It’s just us working in Ramesh Nagar, day in and day out. Some days are long, but we get it done. That is the way we work.
