Mantra Medicare (P) Ltd. is located in the middle of Karol Bagh at 113, Namdhari Chamber. D.B. Gupta Road is a hectic place, but it’s where all the action is. We’ve been working out of this chamber for a long time, dealing with medical supplies. It’s a private limited company, but we don't act like a big corporate entity. It’s mostly just us answering phones and checking the warehouse stock. The hallways in Namdhari Chamber are narrow and always full of people moving things. We have a lot of regular clients who have been coming to us for years. They know we’re not going to give them a fancy sales pitch. We just tell them what we have and when it can be delivered. Being in Karol Bagh means we’re close to everything, which helps when we need to get something fast. The office is filled with the smell of old paper and sometimes coffee. We don't have any big mission statements on the walls. We just have a calendar and a list of things to do. It’s a busy, cramped, and honest way to make a living in Delhi. We just keep our heads down and do the work. The noise from the street downstairs never really stops, but it keeps us energized. We don't think about it too much, we just get on with the orders and make sure the supplies are ready for the next day.
