We’ve been running Des Patient Care (I) Pvt. Ltd. from our spot at 10354 in Manak Pura for a while now. Karol Bagh is always moving, and we are right in the middle of it. Most days it’s just us answering calls and trying to get things sorted for the families who need a hand. It isn't a fancy setup, just a regular office where we keep our files and meet people. Dealing with care at home means we see a lot of different situations. Some days are quieter than others, but usually, the phone is ringing because someone needs help with a relative or a patient just out of the hospital. We try to keep things simple. New Delhi is a big place, so being near Karol Bagh helps people find us easily enough. Sometimes the traffic on the way to Manak Pura is a mess, but that’s just how it is here. We don't have a big team of writers making us look like some huge corporation. It’s just us doing the work every day. People come by the office to talk about what they need, and we listen. We've seen how hard it can be for families to manage everything on their own. That is why we are here in this part of town. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay organized with our schedules and the staff we send out. It takes a lot of coordination to keep it all going.
