We are located in New Govind Pura at I-1 on the second floor of Street Number 36. This place is associated with the family of Shri Devender Chopra. It is a very local setup in a busy part of Delhi. From this office, we manage the day-to-day operations for LG electronics in the area. It is a practical space, not a fancy corporate building. We spend our hours dealing with various electronics issues that people bring to us. Whether it is a television that won't turn on or a fridge that is making a loud noise, we are the ones who hear about it first. The street outside is always full of life and noise, which we have grown to like. It keeps us feeling connected to the neighborhood. We handle a lot of the paperwork and make sure the technicians know where they are supposed to go for their appointments. Sometimes the stairs up to the second floor feel a bit steep when we are tired, but we don't mind. We have been here for a long time and the locals know where to find us. We don't use any marketing speak or make big promises we can't keep. We just look at the problem and try to get it sorted out as best as we can. It is just regular work for us, and we try to do it honestly every day.
