Lg Electronics

You will find us over at G-74 in the Masjid Moth area of Greater Kailash II. We are on the ground floor, which makes it easier for people to drop by, though most of our work happens over the phone. Being in South Delhi, it gets pretty hectic most days. We handle the LG electronics operations from here. It is not a shiny showroom with bright lights. It is just a regular office where we deal with the daily grind of repairs and customer queries. Parking around GK II is always a bit of a mess, so we usually just see people walking in from the neighborhood. We’ve been at this address for a good while. Some days the internet is slow or the power goes out, but we just keep at it. It’s a lot of coordination, making sure parts get to where they need to be and that technicians are on schedule. People in this part of town expect things to work, and when a fridge or AC breaks, they want it fixed fast. We don't have a big marketing department writing things for us. It’s just us doing the job. We drink a lot of coffee and try to stay organized among all the files and logs. It is a busy life, but it keeps us on our toes. We like the local vibe here even if it is a bit loud sometimes.
