We’ve been here at 6, Ghariya Penth for a while now. Most people around Firozabad know the Munsify Road area, it gets pretty busy during the day. Our team spends most of the time dealing with repairs and showing folks how the newer appliances work. It’s not a fancy setup, just a practical space where we handle things as they come. Sometimes the traffic outside makes it hard for deliveries, but we manage somehow. We see a lot of families coming in, usually looking for something that lasts. The summers in UP are no joke, so fridges and AC units are always the main thing people ask about. We just try to get the job done right so people don't have to come back twice for the same problem. It’s a small crew here. We know the local language and how things work in this part of town. If you walk down from the main crossing, you'll spot us easily enough. We don't have a big reception desk or anything, just some chairs and the equipment we need to work on. It’s mostly just us keeping busy with the daily routine of testing parts and talking to customers who drop by with their gadgets. It feels like home after all these years. We try to be as helpful as we can without making things complicated.
