Laxmi Auto Traders

We are based in Karol Bagh on Bank Street. The address is 1972, which is right in the middle of all the auto trade action. If you've ever been to Karol Bagh, you know it’s a maze of shops and spare parts. We've been part of this mess for a long time. Our shop is packed from floor to ceiling with all sorts of auto components. Sometimes it feels like we are running out of space, but we always manage to squeeze in more stock. We don't have a website or a fancy catalog. Most of our business happens right here on the counter. People come in with a broken part or a serial number, and we go digging through the shelves to find a replacement. It can be quite dusty and the lighting isn't great, but we know where everything is kept. The street outside is always full of people and rickshaws, making it hard to move around. We drink a lot of chai and talk to the other shop owners nearby while we wait for customers. It is a very traditional way of doing business. We don't use much technology here besides a basic calculator and an old ledger. It’s just how we have always done it. We keep things simple and try to help people get their vehicles back on the road.
