We are located at Wz-62, right on the ground floor in Khampur. If you’re looking for us, we’re directly opposite the Punjab National Bank in West Patel Nagar. It’s a convenient spot because everyone knows where the bank is. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for us to move boxes in and out without having to deal with elevators or stairs. The space is pretty functional, mostly filled with packing materials and the goods we’re preparing to send out. It’s a busy street, so there’s always the sound of traffic in the background while we work. We spend our days mostly on the phone or checking the quality of the items before they get packed. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way because we can keep an eye on everything ourselves. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist; usually, you’ll just find one of us standing near the door or sitting at a desk covered in shipping labels. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re more focused on getting the exports out on time. Sometimes the shipments get delayed at the port, and those are the stressful days. But mostly, it’s just a steady routine of packing, labeling, and calling the transport guys to come pick up the load. We just do our work and try to stay organized in the middle of the Patel Nagar rush.
