Karol Bagh is always a noisy place, and our shop is right in the middle of all that. We are on the ground floor of 5/9 Saraswati Marg. If you look for Shop No 6, that's us. We’ve been in the WEA area for a good number of years now. It’s mostly just us and a few computers booking trips for people who want a break. We don’t have those fancy brochures you see in big malls. Usually, we just talk to people and figure out where they want to go. It’s a small space, so it gets a bit crowded when more than two people walk in at the same time. We don’t mind it much. The street outside is always full of people and cars, so there’s never a quiet moment during the day. We drink a lot of tea while we wait for the booking systems to load. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but we just sit and chat until it comes back on. It’s a very normal way of doing things. We know our regulars by their first names and they know us. We aren't trying to grow into a massive corporation. We just like what we do and we like being here in this neighborhood. The posters on the window are a bit faded from the sun, but they show the places we like. It's just a regular local shop.
