We are based out of B - 519 in New Friends Colony. It is a pretty quiet part of the neighborhood compared to the main market area. Kanvick Exports Pvt. Ltd. operates from here every day except Sundays. Usually, we start around nine in the morning. The office is tucked away, so it's not like a big storefront where people walk in all the time. Most of our work is done over the phone or on the laptop. We have a few staff members who have been with us for years. They know exactly where everything is kept in the storage area. New Friends Colony is a nice place to work because it feels more like a residential zone, so it's not as loud as other parts of Delhi. Sometimes we walk over to the local market for lunch if we have time, or just order something small. We handle a lot of shipments and there is always something to wrap or label. The desks are usually covered in papers and coffee mugs. It's a small team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering calls to checking the boxes. We don't have a big corporate setup, just a regular space where we get things done. If the courier is late, we just wait and keep working on the next batch of orders. It is a steady pace here and we like it that way. No big drama, just keeping the exports moving out of B - 519.
