We’ve been here in Sant Nagar for a while now, right on the first floor in A-2 Block. If you know Nehru Gali, you’ve probably walked past our building many times. It’s just a local spot where people come when they need help with hair or skin issues. Most folks around here found out about us through word of mouth. We don't do anything fancy, just standard beauty and clinic work. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow, so just watch your step when you come in. Delhi heat really does a number on people's skin, so we see a lot of that. It’s a busy street outside, but once you’re inside, it’s a bit quieter. We try to keep things simple and honest. You don't need a lot of complicated talk to understand what’s going on with your hair. We usually have someone at the desk, but sometimes we're busy with a client, so you might have to wait a minute. We’ve seen many faces from the neighborhood over the years. Some people have been coming since we first opened our doors here. It’s nice to see familiar people every day. We just focus on the work and making sure people feel okay when they leave. There is nothing more to it than that, really. It’s a straightforward place for your daily beauty needs. We like being part of the community here in this block.
