Down on the lower ground floor of M 38 in Kalkaji, that’s where you’ll find Rus Exim Pvt. Ltd. It’s a bit of a hidden spot, but it suits us just fine. Being on the lower ground keeps the office reasonably cool even when the Delhi sun is beating down outside. We’ve been operating out of Kalkaji for several years now. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of energy. Our work is all about international trade, which means we spend a lot of time looking at maps and schedules. We aren't a huge team at all. Usually, it's just two or three of us here handling the daily grind. We deal with all sorts of items, and every day brings something a little different to our desks. One day we’re worried about shipping rates, and the next we’re trying to track down a lost container. It can be stressful, but we’ve learned to take it as it comes. We don’t use any fancy software or big corporate systems. We have our own ways of doing things that have worked for a long time. Kalkaji is a great place to be because everything is close by, from the post office to the banks. We don’t bother with big ads or trying to look more important than we are. We’re just a small business trying to do a decent job for the people we work with. It's just honest, practical work, and we're happy staying right here.
