We have been here in Kalkaji for a while now, tucked away on the lower ground floor at 14/6. It is a busy part of the neighborhood but we like the spot well enough. Most people just walk past our door without noticing, but we are usually busy inside sorting through things. We deal with medical supplies and equipment, mostly helping out the clinics and folks around here who need specific items for their health needs. It isn't a fancy office with big glass windows or anything like that. We have boxes piled up in the corners sometimes and the phone rings more than we would like it to. The team is quite small, just a few of us making sure orders get packed right and sent out on time. Sometimes the traffic in Kalkaji makes the deliveries a bit slow, but we do what we can to get around it. We started this because there was a need for these supplies nearby and we knew how to get them. It is mostly just hard work and keeping track of the inventory on our shelves. We do not have a marketing team or anyone like that, it is just us. People know where to find us if they need something specific for a patient. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the day-to-day stuff. If someone walks in looking for a particular monitor, we just look through the stacks to find it. It's not glamorous work but it is what we do.
