K K Auto Agency is tucked away at 52/1796 on Hardhyan Singh Road, specifically on Hari Singh Nalwa Street in Karol Bagh. If you know the area, you know how these streets can get. It is a bit of a maze sometimes with all the cycles and rickshaws passing by. Our shop is small, but we try to keep it organized even though the shelves are always overflowing with different auto components. We have been operating out of this Karol Bagh location for quite a while. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find plush chairs or a waiting lounge. It’s just us, the counters, and a whole lot of parts. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to mechanics who come in looking for specific pieces. Sometimes it takes a bit of digging to find exactly what someone is looking for in the back room. The lighting isn't the best, but we know where everything is kept. Usually, we eat our lunch right at the desk between customers. It’s a steady kind of life, just dealing with the daily flow of the market. The street outside is always loud, and there is a lot of energy in the air every day. We don't try to be anything we aren't; we are just a local agency doing our bit in the middle of a very busy part of Delhi.
