Jumbo Electronics

Our shop is located at Plot No 4 in Patpatganj. It’s an industrial sort of area, so there’s always trucks and noise around. We’ve been in this spot for several years now. It’s basically a big room filled with different electronic goods. We don’t have a fancy display window or anything like that. People just come in and ask for what they need. We have shelves that go all the way to the ceiling, mostly filled with spare parts and household items. The lighting isn't the best, but we know where everything is. Patpatganj is a practical place to be. It’s easy for deliveries to get in and out, which helps us keep the stock moving. Sometimes the dust from the road gets inside, so we’re always dusting off the boxes. It’s just me and a couple of guys working here. We usually eat our lunch together at the back desk. We don’t do much talking about fancy goals. We just make sure the customer gets the right item and the bill is correct. If someone brings in a broken radio or a TV, we take a look at it. Some days are slow, especially when it rains hard and the street gets muddy. But usually, there’s enough work to keep us busy until closing time. It’s a humble setup, nothing more. We just focus on getting the electronics sold and keeping the shop running.
