Being in Old Rajendra Nagar means there is always something happening outside the window. Jmc Projects(India)Ltd is located on the 3rd floor at 4/37. It’s a busy part of New Delhi-60, and space is always tight. We have been here for a bit, navigating the stairs and the busy streets every day. The office isn't very large, but it fits everyone. We spend most of our time looking at plans and making calls. Sometimes the power goes out, or the noise from the street gets a bit much, but we are used to it by now. It’s a real working environment, nothing like those glassy offices you see in the newer parts of the city. We keep things straightforward here. There are files everywhere and the tea guy comes by twice a day. We don't have much in the way of decoration. We just focus on getting the work done so we can go home. Finding us is easy if you know the Old Rajendra Nagar layout. It’s a mix of residential and office spaces, so it feels very lived-in. We like being part of this neighborhood. It’s got a lot of character and the food nearby is decent. Our team just puts in the hours and tries to keep things organized. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby, we just want to do our jobs properly. We don't have much else to add.
