Our place is over on Ansari Road in Darya Ganj, specifically at 5A/5. It’s a crowded area with lots of traffic and noise, but it’s where we’ve set up shop. We handle medical supplies, mostly things related to surgery and hospital needs. The shelves are packed with boxes from floor to ceiling, and sometimes it feels a bit cramped, but we manage to keep track of what’s what. Darya Ganj has that old Delhi feel to it, and we’re right in the thick of the daily rush. People come by looking for specific surgical items, and we spend most of our time packing orders and checking the stock levels. It’s definitely not a quiet job. There’s always a delivery bike pulling up outside or someone asking about a price at the counter. We don’t go for big advertisements or any of those marketing things. People just know us from word of mouth or because they’ve been coming here for a long time. The building is older, and the stairs can be a bit of a climb if you’re carrying heavy boxes up and down. We just focus on getting the right items to the people who need them. It’s straightforward work for us. No one wears suits here, we’re usually just in our everyday clothes moving crates around. That’s pretty much how it goes every day from the morning until we close up for the evening.
