Dhruv Export

Our spot at 104 J & K Block in Laxmi Nagar is where everything happens for Dhruv Export. It’s a typical Delhi setup with narrow lanes and a lot of activity right outside the door. We have been working from this building for quite a bit of time now, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. Inside, it’s mostly just shelves full of stock and a couple of desks where we handle the billing and the paperwork. We don’t really do fancy meetings; usually, we just talk over the crates while we are packing. It gets pretty hot in the summer, so we keep the fans going all day. The staff here has stayed mostly the same over the years, which makes the work go a bit smoother since everyone knows their job. We handle a lot of different items for export, and it takes a lot of coordination to get the timing right with the ports. Sometimes the trucks have a hard time finding the block, so we end up standing out on the corner to wave them in. It's not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do. We try to keep things simple and avoid any unnecessary complications in our daily routine. It’s just a local business trying to stay busy and keep the customers happy with what they receive.
