Start with the Regal building. It's an old place. We are on the second floor. CP is always humming with people and traffic. We handle all the usual travel stuff like tickets and planning trips for folks who walk in or call. It’s not a huge office but we have been sitting here for a good while now. Sometimes the internet is slow or the phones won't stop ringing but that's just how it is. We try to get people where they need to go without too much fuss. It's just a few of us here. We know the regular customers by name. It’s mostly just making sure the bookings are right and the dates work out. Nothing too fancy. If you've been to the Regal Cinema building you know it has a lot of history. We’re just one of the small businesses tucked away upstairs. It gets a bit hot in the summers but the location is handy for everyone. We see a lot of tourists passing through and locals looking for a quick getaway. We keep some brochures around but mostly we just talk to people to see what they actually need. It’s a simple setup. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Just us working through the daily pile of emails and phone calls. It is what it is and we like it. We keep the coffee hot.
