We don't have a grand entrance or a lobby with fountains. It’s just a functional space with a few rooms and a place for people to sit. The walls are a bit plain, and we have calendars and health charts hanging up. We don't put out polished advertisements. Most of our visitors come because they heard about us from a neighbor or they live in the block. The noise of the street stays outside once the door is closed. We spend our time looking at files and talking to patients in plain English. It’s a busy life here in Delhi, and we are just one part of the A-2 Block community.
