The Clinic Of Ear Nose Throat sits right near the Shakti Nagar crossing. If you know the red light on GT Road, you’ve probably seen our sign while sitting in traffic. It’s a noisy spot because of all the cars and trucks constantly honking outside, but once you step inside, it gets a lot quieter. We have been at 23/4 for a long time now. The building is a bit old-fashioned, but it works for what we need. Dealing with ears, noses, and throats means we see a lot of people who are having trouble hearing or breathing right. It’s a specific kind of work, and we get people coming from all over Shakti Nagar and even further down GT Road. We don’t have a big reception staff or anything fancy. Usually, it’s just one of us greeting you at the front. The waiting room has some old magazines and some chairs that have seen better days. We spend our day looking into ears and checking tonsils. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but every person who walks in has a different story. Sometimes we have to explain things twice because it’s hard for folks to understand medical stuff. We just try to be patient and clear. It’s a steady rhythm of work that keeps us busy from morning until the lights go out. We just do what we can to help out.
