Our little office is in New Rajinder Nagar, specifically at D 1 Ugf in the DDA Complex at Rajendar Nagar. It’s a busy little complex with all sorts of businesses. We’ve been here for a while, and the place is mostly filled with maps and travel brochures that have seen better days. When you walk in, you’ll see two or three desks and a lot of wires. We spend most of the day looking at computer screens trying to find the right routes or prices for people. It isn't always easy because websites crash or prices change while we are talking. We get families coming in wanting to go on a trip, and we just sit and chat about where they want to go. It’s not a fancy travel lounge; it’s just a place where we do the work. Sometimes we stay late during the peak seasons when everyone wants to go away at once. The coffee machine in the corner is probably the most used thing in the office. We deal with a lot of phone calls, mostly people asking if their tickets are confirmed yet. My partner handles the accounts, and I look after the bookings. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Most of our customers are people who live nearby or have been coming to us for years. It’s just a regular local business trying to help people get from one place to another.
