Hashmi Health Care

Hashmi Health Care is situated in Qazi Wada, over in Darya Ganj, Delhi. This part of the city has a lot of history and it’s always crowded. The streets are narrow and there’s a lot of noise from rickshaws and people talking. Our place is right in the middle of it. It’s a modest setup. We’ve been helping people here for quite some time. It’s not a cold, clinical hospital environment. It feels more like a part of the community. People walk in with their concerns and we talk to them. There’s a lot of face-to-face interaction. We spend a lot of time listening. The building itself is older, like most things in Darya Ganj. We keep it clean and functional. We don't have a big reception desk with a computer system that takes forever. We just use notebooks and our memory mostly. It’s a very hands-on way of doing things. Our staff has been here for years. We know the neighbors and the local shops. It feels like home to us. We don’t put out big ads or flyers. People just know where we are. It’s about being there when someone needs help. We just keep our doors open and do the work day by day. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the fanciest place, just a reliable one for the folks who live around here.
