Our place is located in the Mohan Co-Operative Industrial Estate on Mathura Road. It’s right at B-2/44, which is easy enough to find if you know the New Delhi-44 area. Being in an industrial estate means things are always moving. There are trucks coming and going all day long. We work mostly with appliances, so there is always something being moved or checked. The building is solid and does the job. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, phones, and people trying to stay on top of the schedule. We don't have a showroom with bright lights; it's more of a functional workspace for the team. Most of us take the metro or drive in through the usual Mathura Road traffic. It can be a bit of a crawl in the mornings. We’ve got a small group here. Everyone knows what they are supposed to do. We handle the logistical side of things for the company. There’s a lot of paperwork involved with home electronics and parts. We have our tea breaks in the afternoon like everyone else. It’s a standard workday from Monday to Saturday. We don't really do anything flashy. Just making sure the appliances get where they need to go and the records are kept straight. It’s a lot of coordination between the warehouse and the head office. We just keep our heads down and work. It is a long day sometimes but we manage.
