Lalita Surgical Equipment Co. is based out of No. 3/24 in Gokalpur Gaon. It’s a local spot, and being in the Gaon means it has a very different feel than the main city centers. We deal with surgical equipment, so our space is mostly filled with boxes of supplies and different tools. It’s a straightforward business. We don't have a big corporate office with glass walls; it’s just a solid, practical building at 3/24. We spend our mornings sorting through what’s arrived and our afternoons getting things ready to be sent out. Gokalpur is a place where everyone kind of knows everyone, and we like being part of that. We don't use a lot of fancy words to talk about what we do because the work is what it is. It’s about getting surgical gear to the places that need it. We’ve got a small crew, and we all pitch in with everything, from answering the phone to moving the heavy crates. It can be a bit chaotic when a big shipment comes in, but we manage. We’ve been here at this address for quite a while now and don't plan on changing how we do things. It’s just a regular, local business trying to do right by the people we work with every day in Gokalpur Gaon. We show up, we do the work, and we close up for the day.
