Global Export

Global Export is based over on Ignoue Road. It's a pretty busy area most days, especially when people are commuting. We’ve been operating from this spot for a while now. Most of our work involves figuring out where things need to go and making sure they get there without too much trouble. It is a lot of looking at spreadsheets and making sure the shipping labels are printed correctly. We don’t have a big fancy office with a receptionist or anything. It is just a simple room where we keep our files and do our phone calls. Some days the phones don’t stop ringing, and other days it’s quiet enough that you can hear the birds outside. We’ve had our fair share of problems over the years, like when a shipment gets delayed because of weather or a driver gets lost, but we just deal with it. It’s not the most glamorous way to make a living, but it keeps us busy. We have a small group of people working here who mostly just want to get the job done and go home to their families. We don’t bother with big mission statements or marketing talk. If someone needs something exported, we see if we can do it, and that’s that. We like being on Ignoue Road because it feels like a real neighborhood. We’re just regular folks trying to run a small business the best way we can.
