Our shop is at F-1 in Ganga Vihar. It’s right near Sunshine Public School, so every time the bell rings, the whole street fills up with kids and parents. It’s a lively spot in Gokulpuri. We also have the post office close by, which is handy for when we need to send out small packages. We deal in surgical items, so we have cabinets full of scissors, forceps, and all that kind of gear. It’s a local business through and through. The shop isn't very large, so we have to use the wall space all the way up to the ceiling to store everything. Sometimes we have to use a ladder just to get a box of gloves down for someone. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know where the inventory is kept. People from the neighborhood stop in for basic medical supplies, and sometimes doctors from the local clinics come by for more specialized tools. It can get a bit dusty with the traffic outside, so we spend a lot of time wiping down the glass cases. We try to keep the atmosphere friendly and low-key. There’s usually some music playing quietly in the background on a small radio. It’s not a fancy medical warehouse, just a place where you can get what you need without a lot of fuss. We just try to keep the shelves stocked and stay on top of the orders.
