Our office is at 28 Connaught Place, inside the NDMC Market over at Connaught Circus. It is a legendary part of Delhi, though our little corner is pretty modest compared to the big shops nearby. We have been helping people with their travel plans from this same spot for years. It is often crowded in the market, so you have to dodge a lot of people to get to our door. Inside, it is mostly just us, a few computers, and stacks of brochures that are probably a bit out of date. We do not try to act like a big agency. We are just a small team of friends who know our way around a railway timetable and a flight schedule. A lot of people come to us because they are tired of trying to book things online and just want a person to talk to. We deal with trains, flights, and sometimes local car rentals if someone needs that for a trip. The phone rings a lot, and sometimes we have to put people on hold while we check a connection, but we try to be quick about it. Being in Connaught Place means we see all sorts of people walking by. It is a busy life, but we like the energy of the market. We do not have any fancy slogans or anything. We just sit here, drink our tea, and get the bookings done as they come in. It is a straightforward business and we stay right here.
