You can find us at B-1 in the Vandana Building, which is over at 11 Tolstoy Marg right in Connaught Place. Being in CP means it is always a bit of a scramble to find parking, but it’s a central spot for everyone. Our office is tucked away inside the building, away from the direct noise of the street but still feeling the pulse of the city. We have a lot of files stacked up on the shelves because there is always paperwork involved with tours and travel. We spend our days dealing with passport copies, flight tickets, and hotel vouchers. It’s a lot of sitting at the desk and making sure all the names are spelled right on the forms. We have a small window that looks out toward the other buildings on Tolstoy Marg. Sometimes it gets a bit quiet in here, and other times we have three people talking at once on different phones. We aren't a big agency with hundreds of employees, just a few of us who know how to navigate the travel systems. We keep a stash of tea and coffee in the corner for when the afternoons get long. It’s a plain office with simple furniture, because we spend our money on making sure the systems work rather than fancy decor. It’s a decent place to spend the day, right in the heart of the action. Most of our regulars just call us up now.
