We are located over in Mahavir Enclave, specifically at Plot No G 53 in Flat 302. It is right there in Bengali Colony, quite close to Mandir Marg in New Delhi. Dsvc Hardware And Software Solutions is basically just a few of us working out of this space in South West Delhi. We handle all sorts of computer parts and software issues that people run into. The flat isn't very large, so things can get a bit cluttered with wires and components everywhere. We started this because we saw a need for someone local who actually knows how to fix things without charging a fortune. It gets quite hot in the summers, but we have a small AC that mostly keeps up. Most of our day is spent either troubleshooting some weird software bug or putting together a hardware kit for a customer. We don't have a big marketing team or a fancy website. Most people just hear about us from their neighbors or see our sign when they’re walking toward the temple. It’s a practical setup. We handle the legal side as a private limited company, but we don't act like a big corporation. It’s just honest work in a busy part of the city. We try to keep things simple and talk to people like they are our neighbors, because they usually are. It's a bit of a squeeze when we have a lot of deliveries, but we make it work somehow.
