Dna Medical Tourismprivate Limited is based right in the heart of Daryaganj. We are up on the first floor at 3204 Kucha Tara Chand. If you know the area, you know how narrow and crowded the lanes can be. It’s an old part of Delhi, full of history and way too many people. Our office isn't much to look at, just a functional space where we try to keep some order in the world of medical visits. We handle a lot of people coming from out of state or even out of the country. Daryaganj is a bit of a maze, but we like being here because it feels real. We spend a lot of time helping families navigate the hospital systems, which can be a nightmare if you’re not used to it. There aren't any flashy signs or corporate logos everywhere. We just have our desks and our phones. It gets loud with the street noise coming up from Kucha Tara Chand, but you learn to talk over it. We don't have some grand vision we talk about; we just want to make sure the patient gets to the right clinic. It’s a lot of checking and re-checking dates and names. It's definitely not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. We’ve been in this spot for a while now, just working through the piles of medical reports and travel itineraries.
