Operating out of J & K-104 in Laxmi Nagar means things are always moving fast. This part of town is pretty packed, and our office is right in the middle of all that energy. We spend most of our time dealing with the logistics of exports, which usually involves a lot of phone calls and checking on shipping dates. The space here is filled with samples and packing materials, so it can feel a bit cramped when we have a big shipment going out. We’ve been at this address for several years, so the local chai wala and the courier guys know us pretty well by now. We don't have a big corporate team, just a handful of us who know how the routine goes. Usually, the morning starts with clearing out the emails from overnight and then it's straight into the warehouse side of things. Laxmi Nagar can be a bit of a maze if you aren't used to it, but we like being here because everything we need is within walking distance. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, but we just use that time to grab a snack or talk about the schedule. We don't use fancy software for everything, just some old notebooks and a reliable computer. It’s just honest work, day in and day out, making sure the goods get where they need to go.
