We are located in Shop Number 285 inside the Anarkali Complex. It’s right in the Jhandewalan Extension area. If you know where the Videocon Tower is, we are quite close to that. The complex is always humming with people and there is a lot of noise from the street. Our shop is just one of many in the row. We’ve been here at Dgs Travel House for a long time. It’s a small space, mostly filled with our desks and a couple of extra chairs for visitors. We don't have a huge team, just a few of us who know the ropes. Most of our work involves looking at routes and figuring out timings. It’s a lot of screen time. We have a lot of regular people who drop by just to ask a quick question or pick up some papers. The walls are a bit plain, maybe a calendar or two hanging up. We don't really go for a fancy look because we are too busy working. The tea seller outside is a regular stop for us during the day. Sometimes the power goes out in the building, but we just wait it out or use our backups. It’s just part of being in this part of town. We like the energy of the market around us. It keeps things interesting. You never know who might walk through the door next. We keep our operation simple and try to stay on top of all the booking details.
