Designation

Our spot is at 316, Gali No. -9 in Babu Nagar. If you know Karawal Nagar, you know how these galis can be. It’s a bit of a maze if you aren't used to it. We are right there in the middle of all the noise and the daily hustle. Delhi is always loud, and our street is no different. You’ll hear bikes going past and kids playing outside most of the day. Designation operates out of this small unit. It isn't a massive warehouse or anything, just enough room for us to manage things. The air gets a bit heavy in the winter with the smog, and the summers are just plain hot. We usually have a cold water dispenser near the door because everyone needs it. 110094 is where we are registered. We don't really do the whole professional suit-and-tie thing. Most of us just wear what's comfortable for the weather. It is more about getting the job done than looking a certain way. People sometimes pop their heads in just to ask for directions since Gali No. -9 can be confusing for delivery drivers. We don’t mind. It is just part of being in this neighborhood. We keep our files organized and try to stay on top of the schedule. It is a humble setup, but it serves us well enough for the work we do. There is always something going on outside, but we just stay focused inside.
